In "TAG / Estate Sale" Downsize will come to your home or business and managing all aspects of emptying all property from your home or business but in a "TAG / Estate Sale" Downsize will sell your property on  your premises.

Your Downsize representative will:

• Come to your home or business for a FREE Downsize Consultation

• Prepare an estimate based on your unique "TAG /Estate Sale" requirement Supply: Equip ment & Personnel to manage your sale (tables, display, clothes racks etc).

• Provide general Research Service to help evaluate sale items.

• Provide the promoting of your "TAG / Estate Sale", Setting and Managing the Sale from beginning to end.

• Price and label all sale items according to fair current market value.

• Promote the sale by advertising: on our website, mailing list, newspaper, Craig's List, and other related venues

• Display signs directing local traffic to the sale site and remove signs after sale ends.

• Cleanup up thoroughly after the sale

• Items not sold in the sale are sold through Downsize's antique stores, consignment stores, auctions When your TAG/ Business Sale has completed a full accounting of all Inventoried property in your "TAG / Estate Sale" and other venues we have available.

• Moving Service's available

• Provide an "End of Sale Inventory" of all sold items sold or being sold through alternate venues
